We strongly support working together with our clients/contractors in a collaborative way using an Integrated Project Team (IPT) approach. Our team would liaise early with the client to value engineer projects. We participate in a number of site & project meetings which often leads to improved design and operational efficiency, improved project programming as well as team buy-in on achievable finishes and appearance. Our in-house design team are also available to undertake element design for our clients’ bespoke precast requirements.
