Work commenced on Appleton Farms’ new cow shed in Spring of 2015 with the cows moving into their new accommodation in December 2015. The building (60m x 39.5m), in Dover, Kent can accommodate 270 cows.
We supplied Prestressed Support Beams, Surefoot™ Slip-Resistant Slats, Cubicle Bases and Cubicle End Walls to Home Farm, home to Ripple Holsteins. There was a total of 23 full wagon loads.
The Double Cubicle Beds supplied were 5030 (16’6”) long. We can manufacture these up to 5485 (18’).
