Bishop Street is a city centre street in Derry which was earmarked for public realm improvements in 2022. The design work was carried out by OGU Architects, MMAS and Design ID.

For Moore Concrete, the project involved 57 bespoke furniture units, each made to a high specification, structurally and aesthetically. The furniture units were coloured with a pigment supplied called Flyde Buff, to give a yellow/brown finish. Some of the units also required a polished finish to expose aggregate.

The finished products look great, providing outdoor seating to the many cafés and bars that line Bishop Street.
