QuikBloc is a concrete bay LEGO style block and is ideal for both temporary and permanent structures.
QuikBloc has a variety of uses including; Storage Bays, Security Perimeters, Scaffolding, Earth Retention, Partition Walls, Material Segregatio and more. It is the perfect block hoarding and storage solution that provides instant stability, irrespective of the prevailing ground conditions and can be re-used time after time.
The interlocking concrete bay LEGO Blocks create a strong structure with no need for bonding or fixing.
Installation of QuikBloc is fast and simple as the blocks are maneuvered using the lifting anchor cast into the top of each block.
The interlocking principle provides flexibility as structures can be modified or extended with ease, allowing the blocks to be removed or relocated at any time.

Moore Concrete are proud to be one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of high quality precast building products. We manufacture a range of concrete bay lego blocks utilising QuikBloc. All our sizes can be found in the table above.
Precast concrete lego blocks (QuikBloc) are manufactured to EN 15258, full specification is available within our Declaration of Performance. QuikBloc are designed by Chartered Structural Engineers in accordance with EN1992:1-1 and BS EN 15258:2008.
On delivery to site Moore Concrete recommends offloading and storage is done safely on firm ground by component persons. Units should be lifted either using a forklift/telehandler to lift directly underneath or by slinging with appropriate lifting tackle and equipment provision for lifting is made with a 7.5 ton utility anchor cast into the top of the unit. Loops must not be used with an angled lift less than 45 degrees.
Installation
The unit must be placed on a firm level base. This process is repeated until the bottom row is completed, for subsequent rows the units must be installed with overlapping joints. During stacking the upper and lower units should be checked to ensure there is no debris present that would prevent the units locking fully together
For full QuikBloc Transport, Storage & Handling Instructions please refer to the additional documents attached.
